Letrozole (2.5mg) didnt work for me this cycle, but I have spotted almost every day this cycle (currently CD41). Only when I wipe, it will be brown/dark red, and some days it is little sort of clots, that look sort of fleshy (sorry it's gross, unsure how else to describe) anyone had this before? Any thoughts on what it could be?
