Can you get pregnant with adenomyosis?

I’ve had some mid cycle bleeding, long story short seen two consultants privately. Ultrasounds with both.

one said I have cervical ectropian and nothing more.

the other several months later said ectroprian. On the second scan the dr doing the scan said she could see some adenomyosis but said it was mild, and normal for a woman who has had 2 children before.

saw consultant today and he said in one breath that it means I have endometriosis but then on our first appointment he did and exams and said it was very very unlikely. I mentioned this again and he was like mmm yes, well it’s possible you have it but it must be very mild and you don’t have any real symptoms and he couldn’t feel it in exams (endometriosis is his specialty).

he also said adenomyosis does not cause fertility problems only in extreme cases, which I don’t have.

is this true?

I have mild adenomyosis. No symptoms. Was discovered by chance.

Got pregnant twice. Once at 37, second month trying. Second time at 39, first month trying.

So yes it's definitely possible
