First cycle TTC after TFMR 3 months ago

I'm 14 weeks post TFMR due to 121 and have decided to start trying for our rainbow baby! - the ovulation pain is INTENSE!!!

We're nervous but excited to get back onto the pregnancy rollercoaster.

How far along were you? I'm 8 weeks postpartum today after losing our little boy due to unexplained premature labour at 19 weeks. The pain is still unbearable; he's our third loss (MC in January this year, and MMC in March), but we are so keen to have a family.

My husband is rearing to go and try again asap, and I'm desperate to be pregnant again, but the fear is so, so deep. My period was supposed to arrive two days ago, but I ovulated a few days late, so I expect it might be today or tomorrow. Then we'll need to decide whether to try in December.

Will you be using OPKs and tracking, or relaxing and seeing what happens?
