PCOS, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Clomid perhaps?

Hello everyone. I am in my early forties, so running out of time. I don't have a partner but still desperately want a baby. I ttc for 8 years with a previous partner with no success but we chose not to pursue fertility treatment back then. I'm now in a well paid job and I feel I could be a great parent. I know I would need to access a sperm donor to get pregnant, but has anyone got pregnant with Clomid and the health conditions that I have? I bleed for weeks on end and don't have regular periods.

I don't have Adenomyosis but do have PCOS and endometriosis. I took Letrozole for 6 cycles, Letrozole seems to have a better success rate. I did ovulate a couple of months but unfortunately didn't conceive. Everyone is different and I personally find it best not to compare others success with ovulation medication.
Do you know if you ovulate ot not?
