Hello all,

You guys have been so helpful, I am coming to you with another query!

After 4 pregnancy losses (TFMR, MMC and 2 x chemical pregnancies) I am trying to conceive again, and have been to the NHS fertility clinic. I am going to have some tests done soon, but have been put on Folic Acid 5mg in the mean time. I was on Pregnacare Conception beforehand which was good for ensuring I had all my vitamins.

I wondered if I can continue taking Pregnacare Conception (which has a much smaller amount of folic acid) so that I can keep my vitamin c and d, coq10 etc topped up. Should I just buy my vitamins separately - and focus on some important ones - like Vit C and D?

I have been to my GP and pharmacist who are basically sending me around in circles. I can't get through to the fertility clinic. However, I thought there must be someone on here who has had the same dilemma! If you have been in the same situation , what did you do?

Thanks in advance!

Take the 5mg on top of the normal pregnancy multivitamins, the two doses of the folic acid are fine because it's such a small dose in the multivits x

Thank you, I am leaning towards this!
