What prenatal vitamins to take .

I am 40 in next few months. I have had a chemical and MMC in the last 6 months.
I am taking folic acid and vitamin D.
should I be taking anything else ?? I just want to give myself the best chance. Xxx

The only recommendation is folic acid. I also cut down on caffeine. I was in same position as you: chemical, MMC and turning 40.
