Menstrual migraine but still BFP?

Hi gang. Embryo transfer #3 and one day away from OTD, and I’ve been feeling so positive and optimistic this entire TWW. Something just feels so different this time! I was feeling especially positive because, unlike in previous unsuccessful cycles, I haven’t had any sign of my usual “AF is on the way” migraine. Woke up this morning, however, and the migraine is here in full force. AF was due a few days ago but I’m on lots of IVF meds so it won’t actually come until I stop taking them.

Anyone who suffers from menstrual migraines had one then gone on to actually be pregnant? Really need some happy stories to bring back my positivity!

Thanks everyone.

I now have hormonal migraines and have had for nearly 20 years but never did before getting pregnant first time.

And both times, I had every sign of my period arriving except the bleed. Dc2 in particular, I had a massive hormonal chin spot so presumed I was definitely out that month.

Early pregnancy can be a vat of hormonal stuff. Fingers crossed for good news.
