Stopped pill 4 weeks ago, no period and negative tests

Help, I'm not sure what's going on with me.
I stopped taking the pill after my 7 day break and have been trying to conceive using the Flo app since but it's saying my period is now due yet I have not had a period (only a bit of bleeding once after sex) and pregnancy test is negative.... anyone else had the same?

It can take several months or more for cycles to return after stopping hormonal contraception. The contraception literally prevents your body making all the correct hormones, so it could take a while for your body to start producing them rhythmically again.

Yep I'm in the same boat! I stopped my pill on 12th Oct and still waiting, I know it can take a few months but it's frustrating not knowing isn't it?? How are you getting on? Any sign yet?

How long were you on the pill for, and how old are you? I was on the pill from age 16 to 34, at which point DH and I decided to start TTC. It took 6 months for me to have a period, and then another 7 months for me to settle down into a largely regular cycle. Even with a regular cycle for the past 2 years, I wasn't able to conceive naturally and I've just gone through IVF after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Not sure if being on the pill so long was a contributing factor to that; it's possible, along with my age and the time I was taking the pill for. Not trying to scare you, but unfortunately our bodies don't always just bounce back to normal! That said, I've also known 2 people get pregnant immediately after stopping the pill (but they were both much younger than I am now!).

I stopped in July and my cycles are still out of whack 😢 it took 51 days after my withdrawal bleed to have my first natural period
