9dpo, anyone else see a faint line??

I know it’s early to be testing but couldn’t help myself, very tender breasts, nipples hurt also, lots of watery cm (sorry tmi) and feeling nauseous today 😭 took a test and just wondering if anyone else can see the faint line? Or do I have line eyes lol
