How often would you dtd with a low sex drive?

I don't want to stress or constantly think about when I could be ovulating so just want to constantly ttc once my period ends until the next one starts. If you were to do this how often would you dtd especially if you have a low sex drive?

I just forced myself to do it. We did every other day and then every day around ovulation because I needed to track as I have PCOS. Exhausting but it eventually worked.

If not tracking ovulation then every other day through your cycle

If you have a low sex drive I think it’s better to wait until you’re ovulating. That way there’s time for desire to build up. I also have a low sex drive and personally I’d find it a massive chore if to dtd every other day throughout the month and I just wouldn’t enjoy it!

I didn’t stress too much about exact ovulation dates, if you use a period tracker like flo or clue you should have a rough idea. Mine gives a 6 day window and during that period we dtd on day 2 and day 4 and I got pregnant the first month of trying. If you dtd every other day during that period you should be successful.

Obviously if you’re ttc for a few months you might want to start using ovulation tests to be more accurate.

Do you not have a naturally higher drive around ovulation? I always knew when I’d ovulated because my drive would literally turn off. It’s not like that any more but it was for years. I’d finish my period, get more and more up for it then no longer be interested.
