Was wondering if anyone has any information on what the patient experience is like at:
The Evewell
The Lister
Aria Fertility
Those are the three clinics we are mainly looking at and we noticed that some clinics seem to get a reputation of not being particularly clear, and its not particularly easy to reach people to know what next steps are/ get guidance.
We wonder if you get a patient co ordinator to talk to or if thats just marketing speak and once you are in you have to chance your luck with someone who is perhaps not very invested and may even be in a call centre as opposed to in the clinic.
We wonder if anyone has used any of the above clinics and can give any information? :)
