Late but BFN - Ovum Fertility Supplements

Just wondered if anybody had any side affects while taking these?
I am driving myself mad here. Was supposed to get AF on Saturday but nothing yet. I am one of those people who is never late - it's only happened twice before and that was due to pregnancy (sadly, second time was a chemical so I am super anxious!). I took a test on Sunday morning and this morning (Monday) but both negative, not even a hint of a second line.

Anyway, it could still happen but I'm now looking at things I did differently this month and I changed to Ovum Time to Conceive supplements, after reading It Starts with the Egg. I think it moved my ovulation day forward two days (which wasn't a big deal) but now wondering if it's messed up my period. I'm usually so regular - ovulate on day 14 (sometimes 15) with a 12 day LP so a 26 (or 27) day cycle consistently. I think I ovulated day 16 this time but, even accounting for the later ovulation, I'm still late - on day 31 now, unheard of for me!

The other thing I did differently was ditch the BBT temping as I was on holiday so I actually don't know for sure if I ovulated when I think I did. But I know my body really well after TTC for 18 cycles and get other ovulation symptoms.

I looked at the ingredients and there's a few things in them I haven't taken before but they're all supposed to help with cycles, not lengthen them! The new ingredients for me were methylfolate, alpha lipoic acid and N/Acetyl L-Cysteine.

Anyway, thanks for reading if you for this far! Just feeling really alone and have nobody to talk to about it, apart from DH... I just want to know either way and hate this waiting game. I had PMS symptoms last week but they're gone now, but don't feel any particularly obvious pg symptoms either! Rather than being gutted about not being pg, I'm worried about messing my usually regular cycle/how to TTC moving forward when your period is AWOL!
