So I am giving it my all this cycle with the SMEP. I am CD4 which was the first period following MC so was very disappointed and upset. With 40 looming in 3 months 😭 I need to throw myself into this hard.
I will be using my CB fertility monitor, pressed on most fertile days and OvuSense to confirm I have actually ovulated.
The BF is dreading it 😂😂😂 I don’t have time to take the relaxed approach lol.
