Hey all, 4po tomorrow! Would love company to make the days go quicker 😁

Cycle 2 TTC after an early MC last month! DP works nights so trying this month wasn't great timing wise. We managed to BD 5 and 2 days before ovulation so I'm hoping it's enough.

@JKDcot personally i wouldn’t pay attention to any ‘symptoms’ at this stage, it’s so walt some people don’t have any symptoms and have no idea they are pregnant for months!
I was testing negatives up until yesterday and with my first i tested negative up until 17DPO! So just a waiting game!
I had horrid headaches last week and nausea but nothing for the last 2 days even though i now have a positive test x

I don't think you should feel like this since it's all out of your control. Try a clear blue digital tomorrow fmu. 🤞

Honestly from negative to positive in 1 day, I really thought I was out. I just need the spotting to stop because it's giving me anxiety

I'm sorry this happened. This is why like i said on another thread you were on that I think these tests should be taken off the shelves. They create false hope and unless you are fully aware that clearblue can give these evap/dye run lines you'd never think it wasn't a real positive. I first got one of those lines nearly 15 years ago. They haven't improved at all.
The other issue is online people seem to say evaps don't have colour so if it looks blue then it's positive. But this is just not true for clearblue. Their evap lines are more like dye runs. They can look very blue in colour. They are however always very thin and often broken lines. True positives should be as thick as the control line and unbroken.

The kind of good news is getting one of those evaps doesn't mean you are not pregnant this month. 7dpo is almost unheard of for most people to get positives. For most people it is 10-15dpo earliest. So you could still be pregnant.

I understand how hard it is especially being over 40. I've been trying for years and I'm now 43. Had my 3rd miscarriage last month. But to protect myself I no longer test unless I'm late on my period. And I would NEVER use a clearblue test again unless it's a digital.

Does anyone recommend brands of pregnancy tests? I'm 10DPO and haven't tested yet 🙈 I'm going to grab some later I was going to order some frer online but the time they come my period will be due , I don't find the clearblue ones reliable at all, what do you all use that I could pick up from a shop?

I used the easy at home and I've just taken a clear blue digital to see it in words. For me personally I think the digital clear blues are the best ones although pricey.

So glad there’s been some BFP’s in this group. And for those of us without, I’ll be with you for the next cycle 😬.

I’ve booked a call with the fertility clinic I’ve been referred to for tomorrow morning to see how things progress if I just went fully private, so see what comes of that!

So I’ve just got my blood results finally! My progesterone levels were 59 which has confirmed I did ovulate (the note says anything higher than 15 suggests ovulation occurred). I’m feeling very conflicted, happy that it shows I can actually ovulate, but frustrated that I doubt they’ll do anything further because I just so happened to ovulate this cycle when it’s a rarity and unpredictable 🤯

I know what you mean but it's a positive that you've ovulated!

I just wanted to share the things I've done different this month in case it helps anyone else.

I switched to proceive vitamins

Seed cycling which I think made a massive difference in balancing my hormones out as I've not had a single spot this month.

Preseed lube which I'm convinced helped me convince my DS (8 years ago) and again this time.

Morning ladies ❤️ 12 dpo today, didn't bother doing a test as my bbt has dropped back to baseline this morning and I have woke up with a back ache and cramps. Just waiting for AF so we can start again.

@lockdownbabyx 12dpo and haven’t tested again either. My boobs have finally started becoming less sore (been so intense since ovulation), so I’m guessing AF will be here in the next couple of days.

Feeling okay. Had an in depth convo with DH last night. Think we’re going to keep going until the end of the year and then call it a day. Going to go private for some medication (hopefully if they advise it).

I actually got my NHS referral appointment through yesterday for November. Can’t believe how quick it’s come, but it just seems sooo overly complicated and passed from pillar to post in the “journey”, so think private is the better route for our situation

Caved and tested today and bfn I’m 13 dpi according to Premom and due tomorrow but I think I’m due on Friday won’t get chance to test tomorrow so I’ll wait and see what happens Friday. Never tested positive until after a missed period with my other 2 either so I’m keeping positive

Well I'm still spotting, it seems to have increased today. Today's the day I was meant get AF. It's really stressing me out and I keep thinking I'm going have a chemical but I'm trying my best stay positive. 😐

going to try and focus on exercise and general health otherwise this TTC is driving me anxious and overwhelmed

I am willing to try anything, so have ordered 4kg of seeds 😄 someone here mentioned they seed cycled, and that seems easy enough to do!
