Where is my LH peak? 2 months post MMC

Hi

I had a MMC in the summer and I'm on cycle 2 with no success last month TTC.

This month is strange - I'm on cycle day 17 today and my LH is super low. The highest I've got to this month according to Premom tests is 0.22 and now it's 0.09 etc. I use clear blue digital when I think I'm getting near ovulation date but does this look like I'm just not ovulating this month? It was fairly to the letter before my MMC.

Last month I did get rising LH however I didn't focus into it too much as to be honest I wasn't sure if I was mentally ready to TTC after that horrible event.

Has anyone had this struggle to find their peak post MC?
Thanks

Sorry to hear about your MMC. I had one in February and once I got my period back ovulation seemed to be the day it's always been for the couple of months after. However the month I actually conceived (cycle 4) I wasn't getting a peak and I was getting a bit worried. I randomly ovulated on day 30 or something like that when it was always around day 20 for me. I have no idea what may have caused it but I'm now 16 weeks pregnant. I would say just keep testing, I guess things just take a while to get back to normal. Did you have surgical management? I was convinced something was wrong and worried myself sick because my periods were really light too but our bodies have been through a lot so it might just take a little longer for things to settle.

That's really reassuring @jellyfish2 thank you! I'm sorry about your experience also but glad you are doing well now.
I didn't require surgical/medical in the end so it happened naturally. I bought more clear blue digital so I can keep checking every day! Let's hope I'm just ovulating late this month x

Hi OP, I’m in a similar situation, had a surgical miscarriage early July, took ages to test negative and I ovulated on CD 51 but I got my period bang on two weeks later. This is my first cycle after miscarriage and it’s CD 19 and nothing! I’m hoping as I did eventually ovulate after miscarriage it will happen but it’s just taking its sweet time.

@peepsypops a MMC is such a devastating experience. I hope you ovulate and get your BFP soon 🥰

jellyfish2 · 28/09/2024 21:47

@peepsypops also if you aren't already make sure you're testing twice a day when you see a slight increase. I've only ever used easy at home and they've always been reliable.

Thank you @jellyfish2 I hope so too!!!! I will keep testing and yes will go twice a day if I hopefully see an increase!

@Henski I'm sorry for your loss - it's so frustrating isn't it? I think when it happens you just want to be pregnant straight away but we don't have control of this I guess 😞
