im on cycle 4 and getting a bit ahhhh with myself (I know it’s early) but what’s the best ‘method’ we dtd 2 days before, 1 day before and the day of my positive OPK (ov’d the next day) and I’m getting all my pre period symptoms come through, so I’m out this month.
but what’s the most effective way of conceiving, my first we did (as above) second day before and day of positive opk, trying to follow that same pattern but it’s so far not working.
dh and I are 35. Dc1 I was 29 when I conceived and dc 2 32.
ive read every day and I’ve read every other day as being the most effective.
we took about 8/9 months with #1 and dh had variable sperm parameters so I don’t think his swimmers are the best
