In the tww.
Second month giving it a try, last month wasn't great timing (ovulation day) and I was feeling quite chill but then I started watching YouTube videos on two week wait symptoms and reading posts on here, convinced every headache and strong smell was a symptom by the time AF came I was convinced I was with child. I stated cutting out my morning coffee and watching what I ate. (Then AF came and I was pretty down even though at the start I knew it was unlikely) Feeling more relaxed this month around and not watching YouTube videos, trying to take it as it comes and just wait for AF.
How much do you change behaviour in your tww, I mean I won't be out drinking but is cutting out coffee and foods you wouldn't have in pregnancy worth it, if this is a long wait it seems unreasonable to act pregnant for two weeks every month.
