Would FRER always pick up BPF at 9dpo?

Hello

I’m only TTC cycle #1 and so trying to work things out in my mind! I did my first test this cycle today 9dpo with a FRER and it was negative. I think my period is due Thursday so 4 days before period so I thought they were meant to be pretty accurate at this stage, so is it likely it hasn’t happened this month?

My cycle length has been a bit off recently but think I’m ovulating a bit late and then usually 12 days between ovulation and period.

If anyone has experience would be really useful to hear! Thanks

No it wouldn't. I got a first positive/squint of a line on 12dpo. Knew exact dates as did IVF.

Yes. And tested every day from about 8dpo....

Thanks, I’m thinking I might skip a day and start testing again from 11dpo. I don’t even know for sure when my period is due anyway, I guess I’ll find out soon enough!

It says online implantation happens between 6-12dpo with 8/9dpo being common. No idea how true that is. I got a frer positive at 11dpo but didn’t test with that brand before then. I used a cheap test at 9dpo which was stark negative but then again they are known for being very feint even when it’s past 14dpo.

Oh my 11dpo test wasn’t very very feint so it might have shown up at 10dpo but it’s all guessing really. I’ll never know now.

Of course not, I only got positive at 13 dpo when my period was due. Don't understand testing any earlier!

Nope, the cycle I conceived my son I tested with FRER at 9 and 10PDO and had negative tests, first very faint positive was at 11DPO.
