Varicocele embellishment success stories

Has anyone gone on to get pregnant following varicocele embellishment? My partner is having it done next week so hoping to hear some success stories!! X

@ToysRus56 he did, he had it done back in September and although I haven't caught naturally we have just had our second round of IVF and the difference was huge! Our first round we ended up with 1 poor graded embryo but this time we've ended up with 10 strong frozen! He had the procedure, took Impryl daily and stopped drinking, his count with from 1.2mil in January to 7.5mil on day of my egg collection and all other parameters improved, hope that helps! :)

@ToysRus56 I'm doing a frozen cycle so won't transfer till around June/July so I'll keep you posted!
The procedure itself he said was fine, bit strange while they were doing it and a little uncomfortable but no real pain afterwards. In fact he flew to Ireland for a funeral the following day!

@waitingforourmiracle my husband had the procedure done September 2023. We then had an egg collection March 2024, I had 13 eggs retrieved and we ended up with a 4BB and 4CC. The 4CC stuck and we got pregnant however, our daughter arrived at 26 weeks and passed away a few days later.
We are now in discussions about starting again and doing a multi cycle package, my husband has been taking Impryl since the beginning of the year but I don’t think the varicocele procedure made too much of a difference to his numbers (about 1 million). Is there anything else that changed for your second cycle that you could advise improved quality? 10 frozen is absolutely amazing!

The only other real changes we made were my boyfriend stopped drinking (he did go on a stag do and let his hair down for 1 weekend but apart from that nothing) I personally started going to the gym, I'm not a massive drinker anyway so didn't have much alcohol, supplements wise I was taking folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and coq-10 - all just Tesco branded!
