I am trying to conceive. I have been experiencing a tight and heavy feeling in my abdomen with an occasional pulling sensation behind the naval area since yesterday. I just had a few very sharp shooting pains on the left side. It's not really a pain but a sudden pull that makes you wonder what it was. It lasted for 1-2 minutes and then stopped. I also feel thirsty. I don't have a headache or nausea, and my boobs are not sore (just very slight pain, which was more painful around ovulation time but not anymore). I don't want to get my hopes up, but at the same time, I want it to be positive.
