TWW buddies? Ovulated on the 3rd!

Hello everyone!
Last cycle I found some lovely TWW buddies on here, can’t find a thread yet this time so I’ve made one!

I’m 4dpo TTC a rainbow after 3 early losses. We have a 2yo little girl already!

Any cycle buddies care to join me?!

@user1480703514 I just took my last test this morning at 19dpo, waited 3 days between them once I’d seen it get quite a bit darker at 16dpo. I’m out now and not buying anymore. I had thought about buying the digital weeks ones to see it go up but there’s really no point, it’s very clear from the tests things are happening, just got to wait a few weeks for my first scan!

@MrsKurz Yes that's a good line!! I decided I'm not gonna buy digital either. I'm 17dpo today and after worrying about my line progression I'm really happy with today's. I still have the dip sticks which I'll use up but same here, my HCG is clearly rising so now it's hoping and praying all is well from now until 12 week scan. Let us know how you get on at your scan!! ♥

Hello! I am good. I haven’t tested again and still not really getting any symptoms. I do plan to test in a few days just to see the weeks indicator move to 3+! How are you getting on? X

@Pheebz hey! Few odd nausea moments, Few odd cramps and twinges and Few sore boob thoughts but I don't usually get anything until 5-6 weeks. Then it's feeling sick same time every day for about 20 mins, boobs kill, gas, bloating lol can't wait 😂 weirdly craving mango so I'm eating that everyday. I wouldn't normally like it so that's weird ah let us know if you do one xx

Ah that’s so funny, one of my friends had strong cravings for mango when she was pregnant too!

@Pheebz when I was pregnant back in the summer I went off coffee almost instantly, I had a cup today and I really didn't like it 😭

@Pheebz how many dpo are you now?

So I did end up buying a digital, and it's moved to 2-3, so I'm taking that as a good sign. I'm either 18 or 20dpo today, and somewhere between 4+6 or 5+2 (depending on last period date or conception date according to Natural Cycles). I think I REALLY need to not do another digital and just let it go now haha.

@MrsKurz its so hard isn't. The temptations too much 😂 I'd love to do one but seems unnecessary maybe. I'll probably cave

My husband dosent share my excitement at today's lines for 18dpo. He's like, yeah your pregnant, we knew last week 😂

Thanks for checking in. I’m good, still pregnant as far as I know 😂 I’m either just over 5 weeks, or 5.5 weeks. I’m doing fine, no big symptoms yet, mostly just nervous. I don’t “feel” pregnant, and I’m still a bit haunted by the faint tests from the beginning that something is wrong and they’re not going to find anything at my scan in 2 weeks.

i hope it will all go well and I’ll feel better after that. How are you doing?

@MrsKurz oh bless you. I feel the same. I'm 5 weeks today, still getting good strong lines but also don't really feel pregnant. It's hard to believe isn't it. I don't think it will feel real until the 12 week scan...... I keep telling myself I'm pregnant until told otherwise 😂 xx

@MrsKurz yeah definitely! My husband lost his nan 2 days before we found out I was pregnant again and he's definitely Still struggling with our loss in July so I feel very alone in this. He needs to deal with his nan, get her funeral out the way then he can be more focused on this baby. He's struggling bless him and I don't feel like I can talk to him daily about pregnancy stuff. He's very happy but extremely reserved incase we lose this one too. X

I wanted to see what my tests would be on a first response....only ever bought them once and it was on a negative cycle. Is this what they call a 'dye stealer' ? I'm 5w 1day and took it randomly after lunch today 😂

Ohhh I’ve wondered about this too! Where can you buy them in the UK? I’m so curious too

@MrsKurz I think it’s only Amazon where you can get them in the UK now.

@MrsKurz I actually got a 2 pack from amazon, I think ive seen them in places like superdrug more of a pharmacy than supermarkets. I've definitely not seen them in supermarkets like tesco or asda etc I paid £11 for 2 tests with free next day delivery from amazon. As I said I've only ever bought one once and it was done on a negative cycle last year it think. They're very expensive 🙈

@RoseannesMamma thanks! I was too curious to see what would happen. I kept thinking I must have it round the wrong way but its definitely a darker test line. It dosent really mean anything I don't think apart from my HCg levels are extremely high 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have one more test strip to do tomorrow and that will be my final 22 dpo test.
Not sure when id do the 2nd first response.

My cheap dip tests are the same now, just as dark as the control line

@MrsKurz I've just googled it and it seems superdrug is the main place that's stocks them in the uk along with smaller pharmacies x
