Positive LH but no EWCM… ovulating or not? Confused

Have any of you had a clear positive LH test but no eggwhite discharge observed, and managed to conceive that month?

I normally always have it so quite confused on this. Wondering if I will still ovulate. Had my positive test yesterday so assuming ovulation today and nothing. Discharge is more wet and creamy but zero stretch, really so unusual. Wondering if I have any chances this month.

Yes, this happened in my first pregnancy. I got a positive LH test but for some reason no EWCM, which was weird because I usually got quite a lot of it. I conceived that month (after trying for 4 years!) I can't actually remember if I had it the month I conceived my second pregnancy or not.

Thank you so much for sharing!! This makes me feel so much more hopeful, I almost gave up my hopes for this month… silly thoughts.
Appreciate you sharing! And wow, after 4 years of trying! How beautiful that you ended up having two pregnancies after that. Stories like this are so inspiring. I am only on my 4th month but slowly going crazy already…

I've just found out I'm pregnant and had virtually no ewcm and a raging thrush infection too!

@Kateeeeeeee yes, it was a bit if a surprise after 4 years! I thought as I'd got a positive LH it was worth trying anyway despite the lack of ewcm. My second we concieved the first month we tried, which was almost more unexpected after my first, haha. Best of luck x

I feel so silly now because I actually ended up having ewcm this morning 😂 so unexpected because I had my LH surge two days ago… didn’t expect these two to be so far apart! But that is so good to know for future tracking or for anyone else reading… I guess that can be normal since it is said that ovulation typically occurs 24-48 hours after a positive LH…

I had ewcm then it stopped on day 18, and lh peaked on day 23. Ovulated on day 24 and that’s the cycle I conceived my son. I was worried about the lack of cervical mucus but apparently it worked out.
