Pregnancy after medical management

Hi everyone,
I had my first pregnancy 4 months ago and sadly had to have a medically managed miscarriage.
We have been TTC since and today I found out again that I’d got my period. I just want to know how long others experienced this after? It’s tougher than I expected!
Thank you

I conceived 3 months after medical management. Unfortunately it ended in another loss but for a totally different medical reason. The 3 months felt like the longest time ever, but in hindsight it was quite quick. It took my body a while to get back to normal, so hopefully your time will come again soon

I dont know if this is helpful - I got pregnant very quickly and had my DS, got pregnant again very quickly 18 months later, but that ended in a mmc. I had an MVA for that. I sort of assumed I would get pregnant quickly again after - but it took a bit of time (perhaps around 5/6 months in total and in addition we waited a few months before we started ttc again). Sadly, I have just had another mmc and MVA. Hopefully you won’t go through that, but in the meantime allow your body to heal.

I know how awful it is when you get your period and how you desperately want it to happen again. I think the problem is you hear all these stories about it happening straight away for people - that’s just not everyone’s reality but it doesn’t mean it won’t happen again for you xx
