Spotting, period a week early - what’s going on?

Usually regular 28 day cycle, ovulating on day 11/12.

This month I have been v v v light spotting since day 19 and this morning (day 21) I think AF has arrived. This is a week earlier than expected.

I am q confused! Why would this happen? Is this failed implantation or something? I’ve never had spotting before - and my cycle is usually regular as clockwork.

Could be IB if it’s not normal for you. Have you taken a test?

@T0r11210 Took one this morning that was BFN but then I think I’m only 9/10 dpo so it’s probably a bit early anyway?

Is there a chance you ovulated early? Or do you typically ovulate on day11/12 for that length of cycle and test with lh/bbt?

I had this and it went back to normal the next month. TTC can do funny things to your periods!
