Not knowing you're pregnant and continuing ovulation tests?

I'm curious to know if any ladies out there have been on a TTC journey, and fallen pregnant but not known they're pregnant, so continue doing ovulation tests while TTC? Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, I'm curious to understand what results showed up on your ovulation tests before you found out you were actually pregnant.

I had this with my first, I usually have longer cycles about 5.5/6 weeks, but the month I conceived I must have had a 4 week cycle. I was using clear blue ovulation tests and kept getting flashing smileys (as had just missed peak I think by time started) then finally got a static after 10 days of flashing. Next day my boobs felt funny so did a pregnancy test and was positive! Would have been about 10-12dpo I think when dated back from scans. There is some crossover between LH and HCG so can get positive ovulation tests with pregnancy. Though I tested this on my second pregnancy and wasn't that positive when using easy at home test strips but was only 9dpo (wanted to save the pregnancy tests), got positive pregnancy test next day 10dpo but neg digital until day 11 but didn't repeat the easy@home

Really interesting to know. We're TTC and I'm religiously doing ovulation test strips and CB digital but I hear they're not actually as reliable as they're marketed to be because you can get multiple LH surges before ovulation and nothing really tells you when you have ovulated. So just wondering if I was to fall preg and not have aby symptoms of it, and not know I was preg but carried on doing ovulation tests, what would show up on the ovulation tests. Would it be false readings of ovulation?
