14DPO - EWCM but BFN with FRER & Clearblue

Hey

this is my first time posting on here, just looking for a bit of advice. <3

i have been trying to conceive for around 8 months, I ovulate on day 14 of my cycle, and i determine this using LH strips & noticing symptoms. I have sex the 5 days leading upto ovulation & the day of. my cycle is 28 days long.

so today, i am on 14DPO and due on my period, today. No sign of period yet but lots of EWCM - clear / cloudy and stretchy CM which i think is unusual for me. I have done around 5 FRER tests in the past few days and 5 CB tests which say they are early so i presumed i was out this month. But now reading that EWCM can be a sign of early pregnancy i just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this and later got a BFP?

please let me know if you have any advice on ANYTHING would be appreciated.

This sounds more like a possible secondary LH surge - have you tried one of those tests? At 14 dpo you would be testing positive if you were pregnant unless you had ovulated much later than expected.

I have never heard of a second LH surge! What does this mean?
I did a clear blue and I had the faintest line I was hoping I wasn't out this month! My period still hasn't came

I think this looks positive! Try FRER in the morning you could have ovulated late! X

Oh I thought they were all BFNs! This is positive.

Thats very much a positive test! That’s what all mine looked like very early on. Keep testing it should get darker 🥰

Thanks @Butterfly8719 xxx! It's my first post on here so I didn't even expect any responses lol. I did a first response 2 days ago and it was a strong negative so I'm just so confused ! All my symptoms are just the egg white CM, no sign of period and faint clear blue but strong negative for FRER! Wonder if anyone has experienced this symptoms before.. hopefully I'm not out and I will test positive strong soon

Thankyou! I hope so! @sirensong I did say BFNs because I just didn't think it was strong enough to class as positive. Hopefully they get darker ! Xx
