Hey all,

I'm so so sooo confused with my ovulation and LH surge stuff. Really don't understand any of it. I've posted about this before but really makes no sense to me.

I've been testing every day since I came off my period on 3rd August 2024 and here are my amazon PreMom test results, which I believe indicates I've not started ovulating yet...

However, my ClearBlue digital ovulation test is today static smiley which indicates I'm about to ovulate any day. I've not had a fertile window and it looks like my cheapy amazon sticks shows I have a stronger line the day after period and it's now eventually getting stronger again. This is so confusing for me. It was only because I was curious today I tested my urine in the AM and then in the PM and in the PM decided to check with my CB digital to see if I had at least entered my fertile window but instead it's showing static smiley so I'm ordering Mr to the bedroom ASAP 🤣🤭

The plot thickens.

So I have 2 clearblue digital wand things because you can't just buy the refills so a wand usually comes with it. My static smiley is still showing on the one in my previous OP but I did another using the spare wand after doing my cheapy pee test because my cheapy pee test has now got a faint line, not a stronger one indicating I'm peak fertility/ovulation. Confusion has lead me to whacking open the other digital wand.

For context I'm 38 years old, I have endometriosis which I have had excision surgery on to remove. I have had an IVF consultation where the did an internal ultrasound, it showed that my ovaries look ok, but the placement of one is lower, likely due to endo adhering to it again, boo! But everything else looks healthy in there. I have a blocked fallopian tube too but no liquid or anything entering my uterus from it so the consultant was pretty happy with my uterus. But considering only yestersay I had peak fertility on my CB Digital and now I've got negative fertility on it (see images) I'm sooooo confused.

When you start using a wand for those, even if you are ovulating, it will first show the empty circle for the first test.

I used to get a positive on the digital ovulation tests earlier than the normal strip tests. I think it's because they test for both estrogen and LH and not just LH. I usually found my normal OPKs were a day or two behind the digitals

That's interesting. Thanks for the heads up. So yesterday I had another slightly darker line on the cheap strips so tried the digital again and this time if wss flashing with a smiley indicating I'm in fertile window. I tried again hours later before bed and it showed up as negative on the digital. Not sure whether my water intake for the day affected it.
