Should I be taking progesterone for every pregnancy?

After multiple miscarriages we now have our perfect rainbow baby. I was prescribed progesterone pessaries and advised to begin taking them from my first positive. (Got pregnant with our baby first successful pregnancy with progesterone).

We would love more children and are not 'trying' but going about things a lot more casually this time.. happy if it happens when it happens kind of thing.

I am just conscious that this may be negligent? Not to be testing early and pre acquiring progesterone pessaries for when that first positive comes (🤞)?

It is vital to take progesterone as early as possible in the pregnancy if you previously needed it!
