I have been on the combined pill for 20 years to help manage the symptoms of PCOS. The past year I took the mini pill which I stopped in February with the hope of TTC. I am on 1500mg Metformin but after 5 months I have had no withdrawl bleed or period. I've had the odd cramp and breast tenderness but absolutely nothing not even spotting. I did have a positive LH test two weeks ago so I was feeling hopeful but nothing. I know these aren't accurate with PCOS but I did it out of desperation. I just wondered if there is anyone out there in a similar situation? I'm starting to feel obsessed as I want TC so badly. Thank u.
