Hi everyone, I have PCOS and have been TTC for several months. I take a low dose of Metformin (as it messes with my stomach) and have recently heard about Inofolic Alpha. Does anyone have any experience of taking this with Metformin?

I have also read conflicting things about Inofolic Alpha and egg quality. Does anyone know anything about this? Any advice greatly appreciated! Thank you

My ivf doctor advised me to take both together. They do both do the same thing tbh but inositol side effects are much less.

I ovulated at cd15 (7 days early) after trying it this month so perhaps she's onto something

Oh really! That's great it seems to be helping with ovulation. The more I hear about it the more I think I will give it a try. Thank you and good luck with your IVF journey🤞
