TMI pic... is 7dpo too early for implantation bleeding?

I'm currently 7dpo and I've just wiped and seen this... is this implantation bleeding? I've had fairly intense cramps all day but no other symptoms really. Currently month 7/8 with nothing like this before just wondering if it's maybe a good sign?

Okay now I’m second guessing myself… I started taking Metformin for my PCOS this month and now I’m just scared that I’m coming on my period and this has shortened my LP to 7 days!?

Implantation happens around 6-10dpo so could quite possibly be! IB isn't as common as people think though. Fingers crossed for you x
