Headaches - symptom of conception?

Hi all,

I have been trying to conceive for a while now. I had a HSG last month where they found no blockages. I know this can increase fertility up to 30% in the next 3 cycles. So hoping this may be the case for us 🤞. I’m currently on CD 24, and for the last 4-5 days I’ve had a really bad headache, paracetamol isn’t touching it. Wondering if this could be a symptom? I don’t normally get one before AF.

has anyone else had a bad headache for a few days and then BFP?

otherwise I don’t have any other symptoms. Also not sure exactly when I ovulated as I had EWCM on day 11, 14 and 17! So a bit confusing…AF could be due day 26, 28 or 30 going by my last 5 cycles. So not sure what’s going on with my body tbh! Any advice welcome 😊

I get headaches every time in my 2 weeks before a period. That being said, the first time I got pregnant I had one that was like 10x worse. I’ve also been pregnant and had no headaches at all.

I think if something is new for you then that could be a sign, but headaches on their own are also normal before period.

So tough. I don’t normally get them before AF do wondered if it could be a symptom as it’s been ongoing for a few days now!

I feel a bit off/crampy today so not sure if that is pre-AF :( I guess I’ll try and wait a couple more days!

I had like a 4 day headache before my bfp, but also general flu feeling - blocked nose in the morning, streaming in the day, and just generally felt really ill. I do also get headache before period so didn’t think about it much x
