Hi. I’m not exactly sure when I ovulated, as I was on holiday during my fertile period, but my guess is CD15-17. I’m on CD22. Tonight I’ve just started having pain in my lower back and left side, moving towards my middle abdomen a little, but mostly in left side and left lower back. Theoretically, this could be implantation pain, or even just my body being a nuisance… but I’m worried that if it is implantation pain, is it ok that it’s on my left side?? I have had an ectopic pregnancy a few cycles ago, which did have pains on right side only. Hoping my left ovary was going to behave a little better but now I’m not so sure. Obviously I won’t know further until I get my period/positive test, but just wanting to know if anyone has had implantation pain, and for it to be on one side only, and had it be a normal pregnancy?

You just need to do a test at the appropriate time. This could be anything or nothing. Best of luck
