What brand of Coq10?!

Hiya ladies

I’m scratching my head about what Coq10 to buy - any wisdom?!

I was recommended VESIsorb® Ubiquinol-QH premium Coenzyme Q10 100 mg and took three a day.

(the stuff on Amazon is crap, the synthetic version or something. I can't remember the details. A bit like taking folic acid supplements when Biocare liquid folate drops is better)

Make sure you buy Ubiquinol (active form of coq-10). I took Solgar Ubiquinol 100mg. It's pricey but worth it (for me at least as I got pregnant).

coq10 is great for fertility but it’s not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding so make sure you stop as soon as you get your ++++ ☺️
