Want to wait this last week with me? Don't think it's likely as not great deal of BDing this month. Managed last Fri and Sun (ewcm on sat) and today (say 7dpo) and that's it)

Oh no beaniesteve.... When are you due AF?

How is everyone?

I have been off my food and chocolate!!!! Which is very very very rare especially when AF is due usually a beast without chocolate.
Just wanted anything juicy and fruity, which was like my other pregnancies but not this early on....

So unsure what is happening, just think i'm going to be very dissapointed in 2 days time.

beaniesteve · 16/04/2008 18:55

AF was possibly due on Friday, I say possibly because after a regular 24 day cycle for months I had a cycle of 31 days last month and thought perhaps I had succeeded in lengthening my cycle with B6, vitamin E etc - so I was hoping if it came it would be next week at the earliest. bum!

good luck for the next two days or so - I am not counting this as the first day of my period as it's just pinkish mucus at the moment.

1 for sorrow , 2 for joy, 3 for a girl 4 for a boy.... Have you not heard of the rhyme anniemac?
Think we are all going mad in the 2ww and looking for any signs. Well i am anyway

yellowblush · 16/04/2008 22:22

No news - was just bumping it up the topic list. I think I started AF today - well faint spotting, but not implatation bleed ans lining I think. (TMI?)

Morning!
Still got my fingers crossed for everyone - hope that things are Ok beaniesteve and yellow......
2BG - I have it on reliable info that you can get signs earlier with each pregnancy so you never know...
I no longer have sore boobs, in fact gone down to usual state of almost no boobs, so am awaiting the witches arrival...
Only 2/3 more days to go - can we eat lots of choc cake either way??

2beautifulgirls · 17/04/2008 09:43

morning everyone....So we are nearing the end of the 2ww, i've got my fingers crossed for everyone.

Tousletop i think we should definately eat chocolate cake or maybe carrot as i'm still off choccy!

Well i feel crampy today, stomachache and very short tempered!!! Poor hubby
My boobs stopped being sore a few days ago then yesterday got all heavy again, and tingly today so i am awaiting the witch.

tousletop · 17/04/2008 13:57

Took that advice a bit literally and have just polished off quarter of an M+S choc cake.
Now feeling nauseous, don't think it's going to be pregnancy related though.....

tousletop · 17/04/2008 15:17

Well looks like definitely not pregnancy related as have just started spotting
Don't understand why so early though. OPK became positive on Saturday 2 weeks ago, and I though there was always 14 days between ovulation and AF.... Have I been wrong all this time?

beaniesteve · 17/04/2008 15:30

Sorry to hear that Tousletop. Me too
There's not always 14 days between Ovulation and your period. How long is your cycle? I have an 11 day Luteal Phase I think, though it has been as short as 9 days in the past.

tousletop · 17/04/2008 19:07

Sorry about you too Beaniesteve

Used to be 28 days, last few cycles a few days longer, not sure why...

I thought once I started using OPKs it would all be easier to work out what was going on...

Are you using OPKs to work out your luteal phase?

2beautifulgirls · 17/04/2008 20:33

Sorry that the witch got you beaniestave and tousletop.
Feels like she is after me soon aswell.
Any news for you yet yellowblush?

beaniesteve · 17/04/2008 20:49

HI Tousltop - I'm using a fertility monitor but it's my first month. It said I ovulated this month where last month using OPK I didn't even get a faint line. I think last month I didn't ovulate

When I was on the mini-pill my cycle was about 26 days but it's shorter now, as is my luteal phase - about 10-11 days.

At my age (38) it's all quite worrying but I'm trying to be positve because I've only been trying since Oct/Nov

yellowblush · 17/04/2008 23:28

Well I am spotting - it;s not heavy red period blood but it's not just liquid - sorry this is too much info! It's like pinkbrown but I assume it's womb lining as it's a bit stringy. However this evening I have very itchy nipples. But feel like period coming..

OP posts:
beaniesteve · 17/04/2008 23:40

Hope it's not got you Yellowbush. it's a bummer and so difficult not to hope it's implantation

but it aint over until...etc I guess. Onwards and upwards....

yellowblush · 17/04/2008 23:43

yeah - the itchy nipples are a bummer because, well because they are itchy!

early bleeds could be implantation bleeds rather than periods? fingers crossed everyone.

yellowblush · 18/04/2008 12:37

beaniesteve · 18/04/2008 13:05

Feb that's brilliant. I felt we were due some good news on this thread!

Me too Beaniesteve. Feeling awful for being a cow about it to DH, who isn't rising and is being as lovely to me as ever.... And he's sad too...
