TMI 13 DPO suddenly have veiny boobs and spotting

I’ve been trying to conceive for two cycles. I’ve tested but the tests have been negative but I’ll test again in a couple days. I’ve had restless legs in the past but it’s been controlled but now suddenly the past 5 days it’s been happening every night! I had cramping as well a day or so ago and now today I’ve been spotting. I had sore nipples for a while and breasts but now they’re kinda calmed down. The past 4 days I’ve had incredibly vivid dreams that felt too lifelike and a lot of the time they’re nightmarish. It’s awful.

I’m 13dpo and I’ve never had these veins on my breasts ever before! Are these suspicious looking to you? I’m hopeful I get a positive and this will be my first but I’m also nervous and can’t believe it but these symptoms are kinda adding up and I know I’m not just symptom spotting. My husband just noticed these huge veins pop up too! I can’t have made these symptoms all appear right? They must be real lol. What do you guys think? Thank you for your replies. My period isn’t even due till around the 24th!

Mostly things you wouldn't have noticed or paid attention to if you weren't TTC.

This post seems like a spoof but if it's serious I don't think you can be 13dpo if your period is due on the 24th. The luteal phase is not 20 days.

Not a spoof. Just excited. And I’ve tracked my ovulation and it is 100% correct but thanks anyway.

I’d do a test today

If you're 13dpo you don't need to wait until your period is due - you can test today or tomorrow. If negative, it could be worth having blood tests to check for hormone issues if your luteal phase is regularly 20 days+

I’ve been ovulating as normal and it was verified by an ultrasound. I just went off the pill may 19th so that’s probably why my period is a bit strange but I’ve been tracking via opk and have an obvious peak etc so I’m definitely 13dpo.
