I have been using vitex for the last few cycles as I have suspected low progesterone. It had been helping with mid cycle spotting and last cycle I had the strongest pos ovulation test I have ever had. I don't temp so hard to tell if I am actually ovulating. I am reading up on soy isoflvones as well. I ordered them when AF unexpectedly came and i was upset, i really thought this was my month.
I am going to try them this cycle as they seem to have a high succes rate.
From what I've read these should not b used alongside vitex, although several people have said as long as you don't use them on same cycle days it's ok.
I am worried as my progesterone drops quickly after ovulation and I have had a chemical due to this so need to keep taking vitex after ovulation.
I am on CD 2 and want to start SI today until CD6 then restart vitex from CD7. Has anyone ever used both?
I am getting desperate at this point 😔
