Hiya!
We're currently TTC for baby #2 and it's taking a little longer than I thought it would. As I'm heavier and less fit than I was before my first pregnancy, I think it can't hurt to try and get more active and loose a bit of weight (a stone would be great...).
Anybody on the same journey?

Hi @MisssMarion , I remember you from posts last cycle! I am in the same boat as you on this. Before my daughter I exercised a lot. I've always had a sweet tooth but I have been comfort eating this last year because it's been a difficult one. However everything is great now but I'm out of the habit of exercising and in the habit of eating a sweet treat or two every day. I also am in a bad habit of grabbing quick carbs for meals when I'm busy to keep me going (like toast for snacks too often). I'm finding it really hard to change! I have eaten well today though 🤞

Hey. We are doing ivf (like actively at the moment) so not wanting to diet too hard but am making very mindful choices and trying to do 10k steps a day. At LEAST 5 fruit and veg and trying to eat bigger meals and not snack.

Hi 👋🏼
Funnily enough, when we were trying for our first, I decided to lose a bit of weight to make me feel better about life (it was taking ages to conceive and I was convinced it would never happen). I lost 18lb in 6 weeks and the very next cycle I was pregnant! Now we have DD and we have just decided we are ready for DC2 so you bet your arse I'm on my diet again 💪🏼 sending baby dust ✨
