Do your BBT charts reflect the secondary Estrogen Surge?

I started to use OvuSense this cycle and it measures my core BBT which is really precise. So today is 8 dpo and I can see a BBT dip. I wonder if your BBT charts also show it?
(I still think implantation dip is a myth)

@LucyCL Hi Lucy, just wondering if you got your BFP with this chart?
With my first I did have a dip around 6 dpo then increased temp which I can only assume maybe implantation? Currently TTC 2 and I’m 8 dpo and had my dip! I’m hoping it’s a good sign and it increases again tomorrow.

just interested to know if yours were positive.

No, this chart ended with a BFN (Cycle 2)
I have added Cycle 3 and this is a BFP one. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any.
I personally don't believe in implantation dip because the secondary estrogen surge also causes BBT/CBT to drop. Implantation and the 2nd estrogen surge also can happen at the same time.
Good luck to you this cycle!

Thank you! Congratulations on BFP.

So post ovulation there’s always a second oestrogen surge?

Yes, that is how our body functions. There is always a second estrogen surge between 6 dpo and 9 dpo if you are pregnant or not. This is the natural way for our body to prepare for pregnancy just in case there is a fertilised egg.

Thank you! Interesting, I’ll have a google! I didn’t realise this.
