DTD day after peak - Am I out?

So I got my peak at 3pm then DTD the next day at 11pm. I’m out right?
It has to be within 24 hours right?

No. 2 of my 3 were from dtd day after peak. Good luck!

I conceived my son DTD the day after peak in the evening. I did also DTD three days before ovulation but I have a feeling it was the DTD on ovulation day when we conceived him.

Ovulation occurs roughly 8-20 hours after LH peak. The egg then lasts 12-14 hours. So it depends how quickly you ovulated and then how long the egg lasted but you'd definitely got a chance!

Some people ovulate before peak. Some two days later. The next day thing is a crude average. Conclusion: yes a chance for you!

Thanks for the reassurance guys! We shall see 🤞

Sorry I meant in my post that the egg lasts 12-24 hours not 12-14!!

After many ds's I had 2 dd's a year apart only dtd on day 23 of a 28 day cycle...

Some people do. The start of the surge is more relevant for timing than the peak. Ultrasound studies have demonstrated the timing variability. This explains in part why some people are so off with their DPO estimates/ why some people test positive sooner or later than others.
