2dpo.. any TWW buddies?

Hi everyone

I’m just making a thread to see if anyone else is 2dpo or in the TWW and wants to join for moral support! ✨

I’m doing fine when I’m busy, work has been hectic which has actually helped but when I have any time to think I’m going mad! I am 5dpo today and it feels like it’s been a month 😂 I have noticed an increase in CM today as well and I have tender boobs but I usually get sore boobs in the run up to my period, so it doesn’t mean much! I'm trying to not think about it to be honest and busy myself with other things. When I've done this in the past I have fallen pregnant! It's so difficult though. Trying to up my calories too which they say can really help you fall pregnant!

Ohh really! sounds like a good excuse to get a Chinese then 🤣😂

yeah I’ve heard that quite often people will fall pregnant when they “relax” but it’s so much easier said than done isn’t it! Xx

Only 4pdo here as well! Work is busy enough with nice things planned this weekend to keep me busy. Last LP was only 6 day so if it was the same again it would be Saturday. Any day after that for AF to arrive Ill feel a bit better just to see my LP is getting longer!!

8 or 9 DPO today! Been extremely busy at work all day which was great as I wasn't thinking about the TWW I was so focused on my work and issues I had to solve for customers lol. Went out for lunch with my colleagues which was lovely too.

a bit of AF cramps today, and a weird pain in my right leg (same type of leg pain I sometimes get on day 1 of my periods. it's like a mild stabbing cramp)

I feel as if my period is about to start right now. But AF not due until next monday or tuesday though.

Can I join? Only 1dpo, TTC #2 first cycle. My DD just turned 2 last week and it's mad how starting TTC throws it right back to 3 years ago. I struggled last time due to post pill anovulation and no periods so coming at it slightly differently this time as my cycles are very regular. I'm already over analysing myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

@IndigoSmile18 you don't want to know 🤪🙈 19, 12 and almost 2! I didn't feel ready to have them all close together at the time! 😂😂 I'm 40 next year 🥴

Amazing! Gosh you have a wealth of experience, toddler, tween and teen! Your youngest is about the same as my daughter, she’ll be 2 in October 🥰 xx

@IndigoSmile18 I know! I must be mad 😂 In fact we didn't expect to have our youngest but was a lovely surprise when we did find out! After around 6 months we discussed having a younger sibling for her to be close to. Of course this is never guaranteed as they might not get along or be similar in any ways but at least they would have each other at similar ish ages going forward. Our eldest is at university and middle daughter is finishing her first year at high school. Can you imagine all the hormones in our house with having 3 girls! 😆😂😂

Yeah it would be nice for her to have a sibling close ❤️ having said that I have a brother and a sister and they always got on better (tomboy sister!) than I did with either of them (typical girly girl!) so I know exactly what you mean! Even though there’s a much bigger gap between them as I’m in the middle. Yes it goes so fast doesn’t it! I’m already thinking ahead to her second birthday and feeling bittersweet about it, growing too quickly xx

Please can I join, like @BabyBorn I am also TTC number 4! I have three DC aged 9, 7 and 3. I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks last year and it was really hard. Feeling nervous about potentially embarking on another pregnancy, I’ve never felt that way before but the loss was complex and gruelling so I think that changed me a little. I feel excited too though. Only 2dpo here I think but not certain as cycles have been varying in length since the miscarriage.

Hi @Realduchymarmalade of course you can :) so sorry to hear about your loss, I can see how that must make this all very scary :( when will you test? The TWW feels sooo long.. I am holding out for the weekend but it’s taking so much willpower! X

Negative test at 10dpo so I’ll wait and test again if AF is late but I’ll assume I’m out this month.

I'm feeling a bit down for AF type cramps yesterday at 7dpo. Wishful thinking it would be implantation cramps but with the ridiculously short lutal phase I have I'm guessing it's just AF around the corner 😔

Fingers crossed for us all tho your not out till AF is here!

10dpo is still quite early @PandaOrLion I didn't get a positive till 13dpo with my first

@SummerSun24 try to not feel too disheartened yet. I tested last month when I had a CP at 10 DPO and it was negative. I then kinda forgot about it all and realised I was 3 days late for AF, tested then and it was positive. My LP was short at around this time when my daughter was 18 months then it started to lengthen on its own!

Welcome @Realduchymarmalade so sorry to hear about your loss, hopeful you will get some positive news soon!

I feel crampy and spotting so think AF is on the way for me. Very confused as I ovulated late so thought AF would also be due late but seems not. Fingers crossed for the rest of you 🤞

Thank you @BabyBorn that's encouraging! My LO is almost 18 months and when I noticed the short LP I completely day weaned and I know it came take a few months for hormones to even out, here's hoping even if no BFP maybe a few extra days on the LP!

I def had cramps at 7 days too. With DS1 I didn’t test till I was a week late, so I’m not sure how soon it would have come up with a positive.

Thank you, I’m going to hold out until 11dpo as I’m pretty sure I’ve always had a faint positive by then. I don’t have any tests in the house so I won’t cave before then. The TWW can seem forever I agree. Just trying to keep myself busy so I don’t get sucked in to spending hours googling symptoms at 4dpo 🙄
