Why is my iui not working

Happy Sunday
Just need to vent a bit
Second month of unsuccessful IUI . I know it's with lower suscess rate but im in a very good health. All my hormones and egg reserve are spot on ,no weight issues, no alcohol or cigarettes, good quality sperm, letrozole and trigger shot. We'll Im not the freshest myself (36)but still. I managed to get pregnant the first time but it was chemical sadly and maybe I was too naive to think it will be OK the second time . 12 dpo and bfn on a cheapie although I have been having craps for 3 days like last time but no implantation bleeding this time.I will give it maybe a couple more attempts but paying for sperm is quite draining financially ( I'm single)

It's just a case of keeping going I'm afraid although I know it's hard - the statistics are something like ten rounds of IUI to one round of IVF and if IVF has a success rate of only 30% or less depending on age ....

Plus even in a relationship the expectations is at least 12-24 months to get pregnant having unprotected sex - so 12-24 cycles

It's hard but it's encouraging you got pregnant the first time. A year to conceive with regular sex is considered normal, so I think you need to set similar expectations.

I didn't realise it takes that long really. I thought getting good quality sperm directly near the target will be quick solution but probably it doesn't work like that
