Is this a positive on a CB?

Hi mamas, I am day 30 on a usually 29 day cycle and have a very faint line on a Clear Blue test with afternoon urine. Is this positive? It is very faint but showed up in just two or so minutes. I tested two days ago with a first response and it was negative. Judging from my egg white mucus, I ovulated around 12-14 days ago. I have had all the symptoms for the past 3 days including nausea, cramping and weird cravings, as well as fatigue.

Last time we tried to conceive it took seven month and this was our first attempt this time so I’m really hopeful.
