AF 8 days late. 1st month TTC

Evening all!

im currently 8 days overdue AF, got cramping today, had nausea last week for 2 days. Today, I have been checking as I felt like AF came, but just creamy discharge.

DTD unprotected for the first proper time 9/10 days after ‘ovulation’ - last month, my AF lasted just 2 days, was light and dark brown blood.

any advice please?

this would be my 3rd pregnancy.

my cycles have been a joke since coming off depo last May.

cycles have been 98 days, 33, 55, 32 and about to go into 37.

I haven’t! lol I’m holding out! I had done at other times where I was 3 months late for AF and so on.

Shall I Do one? Sounds stupid lol.

@Lou0811 i would do a test just to rule it out!
obviously your cycles are a little over the place at the moment but worth checking! X

My cycles are terrible. I’ll try and grab a test tomorrow. What ones do you think are best? X

I’ve always used the clear blue first response ones.

Still no AF this morning, despite cramps yesterday, in the night and early hours now! 9 day delay!

@Lou0811 ahhh! do you track your cycle with Ovulation tests?

Might be a stupid question, but how are you counting af as being late if you have such wildly varying cycles? Also, did you take ovulation tests, or is it just what your app is estimating? Could be worth booking to see your doctor to see if there's anything they can do to help regulate your cycles too, especially if they used to be more regular before depo.

I have been, but even they seem to be strong all the time; no matter when! X

I am no expert at all but have you been tested for PCOS? x

I haven’t - I’ve brought it up but I’m genuinely always shrugged off as my bloods are fine! It’s driving me insane. I had a 9mm cyst on my ovary when I was pregnant with my son! I’m feeling fed up today x

They need to do an internal ultrasound to rule out PCOS surely.

I had bloods and ultrasound done a couple of weeks ago but they are all so blasé about it. it was only me seeing the results on the NHS app and pushing for a follow up call with the Dr did I then end up getting one x

Yeah I had a MC in November at 5 weeks and nothing has happened since then. I am ovulating because the ultrasound showed that id just ovulated but only since this month am I starting to test for ovulation as I think my Flo app is way out!

It's just really stressful and I feel like it's never going to happen x
