Low LH peak, or no peak at all?

Hi,

First time doing OPKs and the Flo and PreMom app say I should have ovulated yesterday and I did get a slightly higher ovulation strip reading but at 0.45 is that even a peak? I thought it should steal the dye or be as dark as the control line.

I've had a few minutes of cramps earlier today on my lower left side.

Has anyone had a low peak then felt ovulation happen? I'm confused.

In personally would keep going, I've had it before when it's raised to about 0.5 down called it a peak but then actually had a proper peak more towards CD 20! Especially being your first cycle I'd keep going till your period just to see what your base like looks like 😊
