Pcos - ers - did you still have long cycles when taking myo inostol ?

I took myo inositol and my GP prescribed me metformin, so I’m not sure which reduced my cycle but they did get shorter, if you have PCOS you can ask your GP to prescribe metformin they don’t know why but helps fertility if you do have PCOS.

I took inositol and it didn't do anything to my cycles - no improvement.

Had metformin prescribed following a gynaecology appointment (after trying for
8 years) .. and my cycles regulated first
Month taking it and I'm currently 23 week pregnant

Yes, but they regulated to around 34-38 days. Currently 10 weeks pregnant 😊

That’s good, I literally took it for a week got my period it was light but took what I got, I then ovulated CD 11 and tested positive CD 22! My previous cycles were all over the place and wouldn’t always ovulate.

Ah i was told to take metformin from day 1 of a cycle - so did that

Had a weird one off tiny tiny dark brown bleed last night
