How long for cycles to get back to normal after CP

Just as the title says really.

I am now on CD 37. Usually 32 day cycles.

Had a CP last month, bled 3 days after missed period and counted CD1 from when I started bleeding. We did try to conceive again this cycle but had BFN’s 2 days after period was due.

How long did it take you to get back to normal? We really want to try again so hoping things go back to normal soon!

this happened to me. I had a CP beginning of May and counted that as CD1. My cycles are also usually 32 days!

My LH was up and down and finally got a peak on CD30 (I missed the DTD boat because I thought I ovulated before) and my cycle finished on day 46! (Currently CD3 next cycle!). Previous cycle I ovulated CD21.

i didn’t expect it to mess me up that much but not sure my body handled it well. I think I must have had the pregnancy hormone in me a few weeks after! I started spotting on about CD43 which I think must have been the old CP blood coming out before my period started and then 3 days later, full flow 😩

i also found that the CB digital Opk gave me a static on CD13 (LH strips still low) so I think it must have been the HGC that was left

some people bounce back really quickly, everyone is different!
