GP support before 1 year of TTC

Wondered if anyone has accepted gp support before 1 year if under 35?

Mine has referred me for a scan as querying pcos, not because of TTC, although the reason it was raised was my concerns about fertility.

Other than blood tests and the scan, is there anything else the GP can offer or do? I’m pretty sure my issue is low progesterone although I don’t know what is causing it 😣

@1woodpecker have you had blood tests for your progesterone? And how long have you been TTC for?

Do you track your cycles using ovulation tests and/or BBT?

I'd say unless there's a medical reason besides TTC, you're unlikely to get additional support under 1 year through the NHS unfortunately. You could look to have a fertility health check done privately which would tell you if there are any obvious causes for concern or not.
