TTC and fertility clinic referral

Hello,
First time posting and hoped that someone might be able to answer this. I am legally married but have been with my new partner for over two years. We are trying to conceive and have been referred to the fertility clinic. I am based in Scotland and there's a question on the form that says 'Are you married,' legally I am but it is amicable and we are going to start divorce proceedings. However, does being legally married albeit separated for over two years impact fertility treatment? Sorry, if this is not making much sense, I was just thrown a bit by the whole process and hoped someone might know...
Thank you

Usually there's a separated option.

I'd select married and write in brackets (legally separated).
