Why am I cramping at this point in my cycle?

Hi all

I had a positive OPK on Monday 03/06/24 (cd14) using clearblue digital (static smiley). I’ve felt nothing all week but have started feeling cramps (like ovulation cramps) since last night.

What could this be? Late ovulation? I’m surprised it’s started 4 days after positive OPK

Hello, I've always had bloating and minor cramping in the week after ovulation. I put it down to the progesterone being produced.
